Traditional German dishes are served in the Ausspanne in the Hotel Kastanienhof. The kitchen chef André Pilz serves only fresh, seasonal and homemade products. André Pilz uses classic recipes and interprets them in his own personal way: "Like grandma made them, just different".
Classical dishes are revived in a modern way. He was awarded by the magazine “Essen und Trinken” (“Eat and Drink”) under the top 50 chefs in Berlin with his cooking skills.
In the small but lovingly arranged menu you will find food for the small and big appetite from 6,00 € to 20,00 €.
The Ausspanne is open every day from 2 pm with coffee, cakes and more.
Mr. Pilz is cooking for you from Tuesday until Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm.
In order to allow him a little break, we will serve snacks on Sunday and Monday. On these days, live music and other events are planned.
Weekdays from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, on weekends and on holidays from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, we invite you to our cozy breakfast rooms for an extensive breakfast buffet.
You can also bring guests for the breakfast buffet (9,00 € per person per day).
